Support

How can we help?

BoardingKit is made by Arc Digital LLC. A real person reads every message.

Typical response time: one business day

Write to support@boardingkit.com with what happened and what you expected instead. If something looks wrong on screen, a screenshot helps more than a description.

Telling us your device and iOS version saves a round trip.

Common questions

Where is my data stored?
On your device, and — if you are signed in to iCloud — in your own private iCloud account. There is no BoardingKit server and no account to create. Arc Digital cannot see your clients, pets, or bookings. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
My records aren't showing up on my other device.
Both devices need to be signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on. Sync runs through Apple, not through us, so it can lag on a poor connection. Open the app on both devices and give it a minute with the screen on.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
The app becomes read-only. Every record you have already created stays visible, and you can still export your income data, check pets in and out of stays already booked, and archive or restore records. Adding new records and editing existing ones needs an active subscription. Nothing is deleted, and resubscribing restores everything immediately.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple Account, not to a device.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancelling happens in your Apple Account: open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also reach it from Manage Subscription inside BoardingKit. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app went wrong, email us anyway and we will help sort it out.
I deleted something by mistake.
BoardingKit archives rather than deletes. Archived clients, with their pets and bookings, can be restored from Settings under Data.
Reminders aren't arriving.
Check that notifications are allowed for BoardingKit in the iOS Settings app, and that Focus or Scheduled Summary is not holding them back. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device — they do not depend on a connection.

Something else?

Feature requests and bug reports both go to the same place: support@boardingkit.com. BoardingKit is built for one- and two-person boarding operations, and what you run into is what shapes what gets built next.
